The Bracebridge restaurant prepares to open its doors
The newest fine dining restaurant for the West Midlands is to open its doors in April.
The Bracebridge situated in the heart of the 2,400 acre Sutton Park overlooking the beautiful pool, is the brainchild of twin brothers Scott and Steven Lewis, both of whom trained under Michelin star chefs.
The landmark waterside restaurant comprises two distinct dining areas and offers exclusive fine dining, with a sumptuously decorated and elegant dining room of 50 covers, serving the finest à la carte dishes
Adjoining the restaurant is The Terrace, an outdoor bistro-style café that will serve breakfasts, brunches, light lunches and casual meals for visitors to the park with seating for up to 150.
The brothers, who trained under Michel Roux Jr and honed their craft in some of London’s top restaurants including Quaglinos, La Tante Claire and the The Halkin Hotel, say they are looking forward to welcoming their first diners.
“We have invested significantly to completely refurbish the building and we cannot wait to unveil the luxurious new-look restaurant to our customers,” said Scott. “It’s such an amazing space and location that we’ve pulled out all the stops to transform our vision to create a stunning restaurant and we hope we can engender the same love that the previous incarnation had.
“We’ve been working incredibly hard to create our dream, and are proud of what we’ve already achieved,” added Steven. “We’ve got a fantastic team of talented chefs and front of house staff, all of whom are focused on making The Bracebridge the very best destination restaurant for the area.
“The addition of The Terrace widens the appeal of the restaurant and means that anyone visiting Sutton Park can stop for a drink and bite to eat in a more casual surroundings but still enjoy food of the highest quality, using first-class ingredients.”
