Good times reflected
Twins Scott and Steven Lewis are the proud patrons of The Bracebridge. Having trained under Michel Roux Jr., the brothers honed their chef skills in some of London’s premier restaurants, including La Tante Claire and Quaglinos, before holding private chef positions with the Saudi Royal Family.
They’d long dreamed of coming home to Sutton Coldfield to open their own restaurant. With their sister Claire and her husband, local businessman and entrepreneur Darron Brough, their dream has come true after they found The Bracebridge in the heart of Sutton Park.
The chefs have created a warm dining space that takes advantage of the beautiful natural surroundings, complementing it with a suite of seasonal menus that are perfect for a casual lunch or early supper with friends and family or for a celebratory dinner à deux.
As well as the restaurant, the pair opened The Terrace, a relaxed waterside setting that adjoins the main restaurant and is a popular breakfast and lunch venue for anyone enjoying beautiful Sutton Park.
